Refund Policy

We are committed to make you happy with our product. Each product is hand-checked by the team member of yrcase before we deliver it to ensure you get the best. While we are trying our best to ensure you get your product in perfect condition, sometimes things happen.

However, FEAR NOT! If you discover faulty item(s) / order(s), when you receive your order(s). Just take a picture and contact us via Facebook Messenger or email within 2 weeks from the date you receive the order(s). We will try our best to work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Refund

We only consider the following reasons as a valid ground for full refund on the product itself (minus shipping costs):

  • Misprint
  • Damaged
  • Defective product

Any reason such as I changed my mind, the colour is different from what I saw from the website, I do not like the design / material will not be considered as a valid reason for refund, return & exchange.

Returns

A kind reminder that all products are made to order, so we do not accept returns. However, in circumstances where you place order(s) incorrectly, we can provide you a good discounted rate for replacements.

Wrong & Invalid Address: If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
